The Harrogate Plaques App is an application which provides walking routes around the heritage plaques of Harrogate as well as information about the plaques.

We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy as well as our End User License Agreement. By using the Harrogate Plaques App you are agreeing to all the terms herein and that of our End User License Agreement.

1. Information We Collect, Store or Use

With your permission, whilst viewing our walking trails or map we process location information. We do not track your location whilst you are not using the App. We do not store the location information.

If you contact us (for example to report an issue or problem with the App) via email, we may keep a record of that correspondence for up to 30 days.

2. How We Use Your Information

Any information that we collect from you or that you provide to use is for the sole purpose of providing a better experience to our App users.

The location information that we collect is used to show the current position of your device on the maps in the App.

3. Sharing of Your Information

We do not share your information with any third party.
